Some painting I kinda liked by some guy I've never heard of. I find it hard to be loose and painterly with a mouse... but I WILL learn, dammit.

hmm..funny the right eye (her right) is visually above the left in the ref but here youve made them more even, but for some reason both look correct.

I think that in the ref the right side of the face is tilted up more, and I brought it down, y'know, accidentally. The jaw's different too.

Lately i've felt the urge to collab more and try merging techniques, but what are your favourite collab pictures on 2draw, and who would you think would collab well together?? ps please dont link lots of anime pics, i was thinkin more along the lines of when axil collabed and got showcased with err you know.. safescene! this one

this is from a series of amazing celebrity portraits by an unknown photographer, i've wanted to attempt this picture for ages but only now do i feel inspired to do it in this style.....referencepic im willing to work on this some more, c&c welcome.

Thanks for all the comments. ya damn straight he's an awesome actor.. screw Gandalf.. Gods and Monsters anyone? i canny seem to find the comment where Artiste reveals her (it is a her isnt it?) tricks of the trade.. something about lines bein used almost exclusively, keeping opacity down (around 100 or so).. being able to control exactly where u wanna draw.. just give it a go. Everyone should try usin lines! :D its mouse compatible which was the main advantage for me

I actually have a question about the advanced board. I guess this applies to the intermediate board too but it seems to appear less. Is the time limit minimum still enforced or are we not doing that anymore? Just curious.
