A friend and I were talking about how amazing it would be if the old masters (Davinci, Van gogh, Klimt, etc.) had digital tools at their disposal. If they would use them, do you think their art would be better than what they had done? (Excluding sculpting, etc.) Granted we can never really know, or ask the dead what they think. I do know we have some artists here who (to me) seem more traditional and physically inclined with art and transfer that skill to digital. If any of you would care to...

This is neat.... feels kinda like looking out of a window from a cabin in a yacht-type boat or bayliner. (Hurry, run up on deck and cast! They're hitting the top of the water!) The canvas size is really original and interesting, as well.

She is a beautiful girl. The skin tones on the light side have that transluscent feel that you get from oil... very rich.I think your monitor must be set much darker than mine... the side in shadow looks on my monitor to be unfinished in a way that suggests you see it much darker.

I have a tendency to get into little details a lot. Anyway, excelent drawing Axil; I love how you manage to capture the forms with big strokes. Perfect ligthing indeed.
