Well, I think the only thing wrong with the cape is that its kinda stuck to the person's body so there isn't that much form to it. Maybe if you show it sorta moving in the wind it'll help define what it is more (a cape, duh. ^^). Just some random comments. Please finish it! I think it would look even better with coloring and a background! Nice job!

Darkened up the lines, and kinda shaded it in. I think I'll leave it with no colour, I kind of like it the way it is....so I guess it's done.
