Nice job with the shading and light effeects! It would be better if you added a backround and cleaned up the lineart though.

Waii! Lugia! I love Lugia! I agree with rikku, it would look better with cleaner lineart and a bg, but the lighting and shading and overall colouring and art is really good! I hope to see more from you!

I think that the rat is pretty funny but I wish I could see it better! Don't blend so much. You should try again with more solid colors, because rats are funny fellows. A picture you should look at is Thear's Chase drawing. It's pretty simple, but still well composed. I think this would look good like that.
