Master Copy #2 - Simon Bisley

hehe, i started my second "master copy" before finishing the first one :PThis time around i chose one from bisley to copy. bisley was one of my first favorite artists when growing up (along with corben, frank miller, shirow and hugo pratt) i remember reading the Lobo x-mas special when i was 14 and it was glorious :D reference: http://forum.canardpc.com/showthread.php?p=1940654

Quite good altho I don't personally care for the style and subject. Is it a copy of an original?--I always look at the anatomy, since I took figure drawing so much I'm very critical of unreal bodies.--Like the boobs show up so much. ---The waist is too narrow, and the overall figure is a "cartoon." Its a "subversion" of a female biker. But obviously you are a very good artist.For it's "style" its very good. |
