im not very good at this yet, ive still gotta get the hang of it, the is the first picture ive ever done so its not all that great....the girl is very confused about who she is...thats why shes smiling and crying at the same time...

This is pretty good for your first drawing of a dragon. It's good to see that you put time and effort into this. Some parts could have been smoother (like the tounge, scales on the neck, etc) and you could have added a teensy bit o' shading, but it's not bad, I dig the colors. :D
