(>_<) Uhg..I had to use the line tool..I was waiting for someone to ask to do the lineart and no one asked..and if I didn't use it, it would've been wobbly..I don't like using line tool anymore..and i'm not gonna use it again after this..Oh, and, the background is a laberinth (i don't know how to spell it! gah!) because, well, that's what his mind is like.

still needs some work. Such as the chin level. But still its so awesome! Nice work on the coloring it looks like exact colors!

Wow, thats amazing.
It looks really great, and not wobbly at all.
And I agree with NewTails, the chin is rather large.
