Maybe it's just my eyes (I see colors a little different from most people) but the color of the dragon and the sky seem to vibrate against each other and actually makes the dragon look like cut paper that's been glued on the background, a very cool and hard to get effect. Personally I think it looks good the way it is just for the colors.

Nah, not all of them. Just the annoying ones, which is like, 80 to 99%... I'm not too sure. But hey, maybe that's what I'll do for the rest of the pic. Good idea, man. (wow, haven't said that in awhile...)

Cute, in an odd way.
Unless you were trying to make her look like a mad Asian-ish looking person, then maybe don't make the eyes so narrow, and the eyebrows mad looking. XO
Also, since her face is at an angle, the nose wouldn't be so much towards the left eye, it'd be more towards the right one, since the veiw it that way.
~_~; One last thing. The neck is a little to long and staight down.
