Well, I have to say your getting better. May I suggest putting some pupils and highlights. He looks dead without pupils, unless his eyes are closed then it needs a slight line middle of the eye to show the crease of the eyelid. And maybe just shade part of his shirt. Where his under arms would be, and just a little more shading under the chin, and make the chin less pointy. Getting better.Better?

I think you did a good job capturing the waxy look tulips have, it's near realistic, some more highlights and shadows would kick it up but as an artistic piece, if this was framed with a black matte I would hang it on my wall.
