My opinion: Shouldn't say the word 'bored'...My other opinion: Looks like people you would find at Sesame Street. My question: Did you use layers? They help.. a lot.

You seem to have your own style for drawing people. It's interesting, it is. (In a good way, of course!)This looks like it was drawn with a Pen (the actual writing tool of old, not OSP's Pen Tool.) which makes it a bit more rustic-y. As for a background, scenery is always nice. Mostly... Perhaps this elf is in a cavern? Err... Maybe. Anyhow, it's pretty nice. Again, your style for people is a nice change.
