Besides the fact that layers weren't used, and fill was used, I think that this is a nice picture. You have potential to make nice pictures... also using more time is suggested.

i know even though your good the applets really good and i would say use layer 0 for sketches and 2 for real line art...

I agre with kenshin try the beginner board your line art needs some practice & don`t use the blur tool so much it takes away from the picture
However, It is a nice perspective
