Your backgrounds (especially this one) = LOVE <3 I like the pastel colors, especially pink. C: Nice work, although you might just want to add more subtle darks and lights into the hair.

i need ideas for the glare on the water cause i still have to make it look like it still has water, underneath the glare

make it wavy, i mean the glare xD// like i could be still yellow for the glare, just don't make the glare STRIAGHT down, make it wavby where you want the glare, like it goes with tehh fllloooowwwwww xD i hope that makes a little bit of..sense .-.;;;;its finished
