I origionally did this in adobe and it looked much better there.... this rendition got a bit messed..... it wouldent let me erease that white thing in the background....n e ways C&C if u want...... |

Don't worry, this *should* look a lot better when I'm done. ^^;; C&C is still welcome at this point though. Any tips on things I should change before I go back and finish?||EDIT 1|| Ok I added the dark blue background, finished the girl and colored her in. All I have to do is finish up the background, and shade/highlight the girl and add any textures or whatever.. C&C would be *really* helpful you guys! ^^;;;; ||EDIT 2|| Ok I think I'm done now.. ^^;; Tell me what you think!!! Make sure to refresh so you can see the finished product.. =P

Ehhh.. It's really bugging me that I covered up the brunette's nose... I'm thinking about making some kind of characters about these two and making some little bio's or something, just for the heck of it. =]

This is really good, it takes ages to get that transparancy look *believe me I know* and I think the stars do just that. But she looks so sad ;__; *goes off to cry*

I'm not really done with this.. Obviously it's just the outline. ^^;; 55 minutes.. Ehh.. I kind of left the thing running a little before I started but I don't know if it made *that* big of a difference. I rented LoM today for the millionth time and I'm playing it, just thought I'd draw something from it. C&C welcome.

Title to one of my favorite KMFDM songs. I thought it almost/kind of went with the song. I could fix up the rope a little more, etc. I might later. C&C welcome.

I'm getting vertigo from the background... o__OTHe person looks really nice, is especially well drawn and shaded, and very detailed. The coloring is also very soft and warm, and nothing is garish or eye-paining (Much like many of my own pictures, which are too vivid at times). If only you could see all of the person, I'd say this pic would be even better, then. ^__^ (I know she is supposed to be half there. Don't get me wrong. =P)

Yeah, the composition isnt all too great... if that "background" wasnt so eye catching and moved into a corner so the whole box wouldnt show, and the character was moved a bit into the center more it would be alot better.I keep thinking the rope is a finger pointing to the box whenever i glance at it.. maybe you should write ROPE next to it, that will help me get your point across ;) And the eye on the girl shouldnt be overlapping the hair I have to agree with bod1ggity about the U2 song but I won't blame you for not knowing because when it was released you were 3. Good job for catching that bod1ggity let me go throw another log on the fire

My interpretation = The green blobs in the background look like.. Tall trees to me. And the big teal thing in the center looks like .. a big teal thing in the center. OH! This is a picture of a stack of objects that someone is moving with. And the background is the countryside.Anyways.. What I really wanted to say is that you shouldn't spent time doing abstract art. No one really enjoys it. Get to work on drawing more constructive things. Like.. People. Animals. That sort. Nature. You know how it goes. But if you're sticking to blobs of nothing, then people will be pissed with you. Don't feel bad for being criticized--it happens to everyone. We're trying to help you, babe.

They look like trees to me, too... Like, Shrubs.This is very... Interesting... But, abstracts are not what we see everyday... If an abstract is to be liked, then it has to have a lot of time spent on it just to make it on par with some other kinds of art... v_v I should know... I have done abstract before, but after I did so many, I had begun to despise abstracts... Hmm...

At least it's only her 2nd picture of blobs... Maybe she can't draw people. This is interesting but nothing exciting. Didn't wake me up or make me want to draw anything, really. And these look mostly like the base colors that the applet starts with so it's pretty boring.

i think the lines on this picture looks less rough because i used the 2x line.And this time i did a little bit of shading as well!..hehe...thanku for those pieces of advice!!......(my grammar sucks!)

Go to the edit tool at the top of your post, and go to the button that says: Continue drawing.And this one is much nicer! I like it. ^_^

Aww.. He's got adorable wings. And I like the way you positioned the shadow under him.Kazukie is right, however. Colorful (but not too colorful), crazy (but not ballistic), and mood setting backgrounds often leave a picture more attractive. Example, you could have him standing in an alleyway with a single light up top, and a few doors on the brick walls, etc etc. That sort of thing. Let your imagination run wild. I can see lots of things in this picture. =) |

Maybe if you just used a 2Px or a 3Px line, it would be cleaner...?The coloring is very nice though.

You should be glad you're at 2Draw.Somewhere else like BakaNeko, these things would be considered Spam, along with the Abstracts... But I rather like em. They just need a bit more time spent on them, and that's about it. ^_^
